Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) Data Leak

Personal information belonging to MPs' staff has been disclosed online in a 'serious data breach'.

On 30th March 2017, MPs’ staff names, salaries and expenses were erroneously posted online by the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA).

This serious incident has, understandably, raised huge concerns among those whose details were made available online. Can you make a legal claim?

Have you received written notification that your information was posted?Have you suffered any upset or distress as a result of the leak?Subject to the circumstances of your case, you may have a legal claim for compensation and other legal remedies.
