Carly McGill

Litigation Executive

Personal Injury

Carly is a Litigation Executive working in JMW’s Personal Injury department, with a focus on travel claims (accidents abroad).  She currently deals with holiday illness claims. Carly also has experience in dealing with holiday accident claims, from slips and trips to RTAs abroad, accidents at sea and accidents in the air. Carly enjoys the technical elements of these claims, which can be complex in terms of jurisdiction and applicable law. Carly has also undertaken work in relation to flight delays, flight cancellation, lost baggage claims and denied boarding in the past, and has a particular expertise in relation to claims brought under the Package Travel Regulations.

When not at work, Carly likes to travel as much as possible. She also enjoys training – specifically she does bootcamp and metafit several times a week.  She has completed Tough Mudder in 2013, 2014 and 2016. Most weekends between February and October you will find her watching Salford Red Devils play Rugby league. She also enjoys reading, walking, baking and socialising.
