Alison Parry acted for a widow in respect of a dispute over the estate of her late husband where the executors and trustees were delaying and frustrating the administration of his estate such that funds could not be accessed or transferred. With the exchange of some robust correspondence, Alison managed to get the trustees to comply with their duties and resolve the remaining matters within a short to enable distribution to take place.  The client commented on how difficult it was for her to try to deal with this herself given she was still grieving and that it took a weight off her mind to pass this over to Alison, who took the strain and got the outcome that she wanted.
