We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated digital marketing executive to drive awareness of our full-service legal services via our firm's established website. Working closely with our Director of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager and lawyers, you will contribute to the continued success of our website, and collaborate across the firm and with our digital agency to produce compelling and creative digital content. We are especially looking for an individual to make a real difference to our online content and strategy.

The role will be based in our Manchester headquarters but working with all departments across all three of our offices.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Helping to manage the firm’s online presence through SEO, email marketing and content creation such as blogs and articles.
  • Producing digital newsletters, event invitations and eshots using the firm’s eMarketing software.
  • Working with the firm’s digital agency to implement and monitor website campaigns and to analyse the success of campaigns and make recommendations.
  • Using the CMS to update the website when needed such as adding new website profiles, photos, press releases, and blogs etc.
  • Ensuring the firm’s YouTube channel is up to date and ensuring best practice.
  • Meeting with departments and our digital agency when required to discuss upcoming website campaigns or under preforming pages.
  • Creating and editing departmental videos/vlogs when required.
  • Overseeing and editing our dedicated online training platform - LearnWorlds.
  • Usage of online graphic tools to support digital media output when required.
  • Helping to oversee the firm’s PPC and review PPC lead allocation on a weekly basis and reporting back with findings.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Sending out and monitoring Trustpilot and Google reviews and forwarding any negative reviews to our internal complaints email address and relevant department heads.
  • Assisting in any ad-hoc marketing tasks required by the marketing team such as helping at events.

About you:

We are looking for someone with at least 18 months of proven digital marketing experience in a similar role either within B2B or B2C, along with:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently in a corporate setting with clients and contacts.
  • An excellent understanding of digital marketing and be experienced in analytics to monitor and report on any digital campaigns so to make informed recommendations. 
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong internal relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work with initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility and adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • An eye for detail with a commitment to producing high standards.
  • Excellent IT skills including a good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel and ability to use a CRM system and CMS.
  • Being prepared to ‘muck-in’ with the marketing team.
