Taravat Ghasempouri

Taravat joined JMW’s London office in September 2021 as a paralegal in the Corporate Immigration team. She specialises in Sponsorship Licences, PBS, Skilled Worker Visas, SMS, and Investor Visas.

Taravat holds a Master of Laws in Legal Practice (LLM-LPC) from BBP University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from Queen Mary University of London. During her academic studies, Taravat was involved in various pro bono initiatives including Citizens Advice and Lawyers Without Borders, where she worked on various international projects.

Before joining JMW, Taravat worked as a paralegal in a boutique law firm where she was a case handler of private and corporate immigration matters working with a range of HNWIs, and SMEs.

In her spare time, Taravat enjoys running, baking, and playing the piano.
