I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2026 having qualified through the SQE route. Before that, I undertook my undergraduate Law degree at the University of Liverpool and upon completion, took a year out to travel South East Asia and Australia.
I joined JMW in 2024 with a background in general crime having previously obtained a qualification as an Accredited Police Station Representative. Since joining, I have worked on a range of matters including large scale drug conspiracies, serious violence and sexual offences and allegations concerning misconduct in public office.
Whilst continuing to develop my experience within general crime, the BCR team has also allowed me to develop a specialism into Professional Discipline, and more specifically police misconduct proceedings. Over the last two years, I have gained insight into the inner workings of policing systems and operations and I am now able to provide assistance and advice to police officers facing allegations relating to The Conduct Regulations. I am also able to provide assistance to police officers engaged in Post Incident Procedures and investigations lead by the Independent Office for Police Conduct and Professional Standards.
