Beth joined JMW in August 2022 as a Solicitor in the Family Department
Beth has experience in a wide range of Family Law matters including:
- Divorce and separation;
- Financial remedy upon divorce;
- Applications for non-molestation and occupation orders;
- Disputes and negotiation in respect of the arrangements for children.
Beth graduated from the University of Manchester with a first class honours degree in English Law and French Law and gained a Distinction upon completing the LPC at BPP University. Before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2018, Beth worked as a paralegal and completed her training at a nationally recognised practice specialising in Family Law.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time at her allotment, baking and trying to keep up with her English Springer Spaniel, Holly.
