Chloe has experience in general and serious crime, regulatory matters and private prosecutions. She is also instructed on extradition and cross-border criminal matters, collaborating with lawyers in other jurisdictions to achieve the best outcome for clients. She is experienced in drafting strategic and robust representations and in supporting clients with empathetic and considered advice throughout.

Chloe has acted on behalf of clients facing allegations of fraud, perverting the course of justice, misconduct in public office, controlling and coercive behaviour, and stalking, among others. She is also experienced in representing clients who have been subjected to account freezing orders and forfeiture proceedings.

As well as acting in criminal cases, Chloe has a growing regulatory practice and has represented professionals to defend allegations of misconduct from the ACCA (accountancy), ARB (architecture), HCPC (psychology), LADO (safeguarding) and police forces.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Chloe gained extensive experience in supporting vulnerable people having formerly worked for the London Survivors Gateway (a Rape Crisis Service) and SurvivorsUK. She provided reporting advice and emotional support to complainants and assisted with Victim’s Right to Review applications. She has qualifications in safeguarding and working with people who are experiencing suicidality.

She graduated from the University of Warwick in 2016 with a first-class History and Politics BA, before obtaining a Distinction in her Master's Degree at the Univeristy of Waterloo (Canada). Chloe undertook her law conversion course over the Covid-19 lockdown and passed the Solicitor's Qualifying Exams in 2025.
