Emily is a Solicitor in the Family Law Team.

Emily has experience in a wide range of Family Law matters, including:

• Divorce and associated financial matters;
• Child arrangements disputes and negotiations;
• Applications for non-molestation and occupation orders;
• Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements;
• Separation and Cohabitation agreements.

Emily has experience assisting clients in cases with a modest asset base through to those involving high-net-worth. She is committed to providing clear and practical advice and strives to do so with a client-centric approach.

Prior to joining JMW, Emily attended Newcastle University and graduated in 2019 with a degree in Law.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys going for long walks in the countryside with her golden retriever.
