Emily deals with a wide range of corporate and personal insolvency matters including:
- contentious and non-contentious corporate recovery and insolvency;
- disposal of real property on behalf of office holders, particularly involving complex title issues;
- all types of distressed business and asset sales and purchases
- personal insolvency matters
In 2020 Emily graduated from University of York with a 2:1 degree in Law. She subsequently completed the LPC with Integrated Masters at BPP University, where she received a Distinction.
