Haydn is a Solicitor in JMW's family law team.
Haydn has experience in a wide range of Family Law matters including:
- Divorce and associated financial matters;
- Applications for non-molestation and occupation orders;
- Disputes and negotiation in respect of the arrangements for children;
- Cohabitation agreements and disputes.
Haydn graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Law. Haydn also completed the Bar Practice Training Course in 2015 obtaining a Very Competent award and gained a Distinction upon completing the LPC at Nottingham Law School in 2020. Before joining JMW in September 2022, Haydn completed the rest of his Training Contract at a multi-disciplinary firm in Chester having completed seats in Family, Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Property Litigation. Haydn also has experience of representing Clients in Court having conducted hearings in both the Civil and Magistrates’ Court.
Haydn is committed to providing practical and straightforward advice in a personable manner in order to reach a solution for clients without undue stress or conflict.
Outside of work, Haydn enjoys Travelling, Skiing, Kayaking, Hiking and also is a supporter of his local team Nottingham Forest.
