Isabel qualified as a solicitor in the Corporate team in September 2025, having completed her training contract with JMW. During this time Isabel spent two seats with the Corporate team, honing her technical skills and developing her commercial approach to understand client’s strategic objectives.

Prior to joining JMW, Isabel worked at a medium-sized law firm, where she managed her own caseload of residential property sales and purchases, giving her experience of recognising distinct client needs faces and building a proactive approach to getting deals done.

The work Isabel undertakes at JMW covers a broad range of sectors but has a focus on owner managed SMEs. Isabel has the ability to add value at any stage of a client’s journey, be that from the initial corporate government requirements, to advising on restructures, private equity investment or trade exits. Isabel also has experience of advising those businesses looking to make acquisitions to support their portfolio through a buy and build exercise or otherwise.

Prior to her time at JMW, Isabel graduated from the University of Liverpool before completing the LPC alongside an MSc in Business, Law and Management at the University of Law in Manchester.

Outside of work, Isabel enjoys Pilates, going to the gym and spending time with her miniature poodle. She is passionate about bringing together like-minded professionals within the deal space through networking initiatives, including Pilates events.
