Jessica is an Associate in JMW's Corporate team and advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including share and asset acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and corporate governance matters.
Jessica is known for her personable and collaborative approach to deal-making, which means that clients feel supported at every stage of the transaction. By understanding the client’s strategic objectives from the outset of every matter, Jessica is able to tailor her advice to suit that particular client and help them navigate through any challenges with a calm, pragmatic and commercial approach.
