Kelsey joined JMW in April 2019 as a Paralegal in the Real Estate Commercial Department. She subsequently commenced her Training Contract with the firm in September 2020, qualifying into the Banking and Finance department in September 2022.
Kelsey has experience in both Banking and Finance and Real Estate Finance transactions, including:
- Secured lending transactions;
- Real Estate-backed lending;
- Commercial and residential property acquisitions and re-finances;
- Representing agents and security agents on large UK and European Financings; and
- Banking lending and origination for private sector clients.
Before joining JMW , Kelsey worked at Coles Miller LLP and Travers Smith LLP in both residential and commercial property.
