Lily joined JMW in January 2022 as a Paralegal in the Business Crime and Regulation team and qualified as a Solicitor in November 2025, after completing her apprenticeship within the department.

She brings extensive expertise in criminal litigation and regulatory matters, with experience spanning:

  • General and serious crime
  • Fraud and financial crime
  • Private prosecutions
  • Police misconduct
  • Regulatory investigations
  • Corporate crime and compliance (including the HSE, CMA and various Local Authorities)
  • Inquests
  • Ancillary matters under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, including Account Freezing Orders and Cash Forfeiture proceedings
  • Pre-charge engagement
  • Removal of Cifas markers

Lily is currently working towards her accreditation as a Police Station Representative.

She graduated from the University of Sussex in 2019 with First Class Honours in Law LLB and went on to achieve a Distinction in the Bar Practice Course LLM at the University of Law in 2020. Lily was called to the Bar of England and Wales in March 2022. Lily then passed the SQE in November 2025, scoring in the top quintile in two of the three assessments.

Lily is an active member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association.
