Megan is a Corporate Solicitor who joined JMW’s Manchester Corporate team in June 2025.
Since qualifying, Megan has supported on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Business disposals
- Company restructures and reorganisations
- Shareholders’ agreements
- Private equity investments; and
- The negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.
Megan brings a proactive and collaborative approach to her work, in particular Megan has extensive experience in managing due diligence processes, drafting M&A transaction documents and facilitating share buy backs.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys running, cycling, hiking and spending time outdoors—anything that gets her moving.
