Patricia joined JMW Solicitors Commercial Property team in Manchester as a Paralegal in December 2021. She then moved to the London Office to start her Training Contract in September 2024.

As a property paralegal, Patricia was assisting on high volume residential property caseload through liaising directly with clients, lenders and other party solicitors. She helped drafting contracts, deeds and reports, overseeing matter progress from instruction to completion.

Prior to working at JMW, Patricia gained her first experience as a paralegal in a residential property firm in Stockport, where she managed her own caseload. Specialising in freehold transactions, she performed additional tasks of training new members on client report drafting.

Patricia graduated from University of Liverpool with 2:1 degree in Law with Philosophy and completed her LPC Master’s degree in Manchester with Distinction. During her academic education Patricia focused on deepening her knowledge relating to Intellectual Property and Law of Social Media.

Patricia went to travel around Japan for a year, working as an English teacher. She speaks intermediate Japanese and looks forward to taking this language to the fluency level. Patricia enjoys reading, especially philosophy and science fiction books. She also plays classical guitar.
