Paven is an Associate in the Intellectual Property team at JMW, advising clients across a broad range of IP matters, with a particular focus on trade marks.
Paven works with clients at all stages of the trademark lifecycle, from clearance and filing strategy through to portfolio management, enforcement, and dispute resolution. Her experience includes advising on opposition and cancellation proceedings, infringement issues, and brand protection strategies, both in the UK and internationally.
In addition to trade marks, Paven advises on wider IP matters, including copyright, design rights, and passing off. She has experience supporting clients across a variety of sectors, helping them to identify and protect their intellectual property assets.
Paven takes a pragmatic and commercially focused approach, working closely with clients to deliver clear, strategic advice tailored to their business objectives.
Paven completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice at the University of Oxford in 2024.
