Rachel joined JMW as a paralegal in August 2021 and qualified into the Corporate team in March 2026. Rachel has experience assisting with a range of corporate matters, such as, acquisitions and disposals, corporate governance matters and reorganisations. Rachel is a keen advocate for sustainability and is developing her expertise on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
Rachel previously graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a first-class honours degree in law and went onto study the LPC at Manchester Met graduating with a distinction.
Outside of work, Rachel’s life revolves around her passion for endurance sports, such as Hyrox and running.
