Rachel joined JMW as a paralegal in August 2021 and qualified into the Corporate team in March 2026. She has experience assisting with a range of corporate matters, such as, acquisitions and disposals, corporate governance matters and reorganisations. Rachel is a keen advocate for sustainability and is developing her expertise on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.

Rachel is a member of the Pro Manchester Green Economy and Women in Sport.

Rachel developed JMW's expertise in advising on ESG issues, we now have a designated webpage for ESG legal services. She is also assisting the firm with internal ESG goals, such as instructing a specialist to develop our own ESG strategy.

I previously graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a first-class honours degree in law and went onto study the LPC at Manchester Met graduating with a distinction.

Outside of work, my life revolves around my passion for endurance sports, such as Hyrox and running.
