Richard also advises clients on the associated consumer issues including sales promotions and consumer protection legislation.
Richard regularly advises clients in relation to IT contracts including the development of software (including the utilisation of AI) and advice on SaaS subscription models. He also advises clients in relation to the commercialisation and protection of their intellectual property.
Richard has wide experience in the recruitment sector, regularly advising recruitment businesses in relation to their terms and agreements with end hirers, whether that be the provision of permanent, temporary or contractor resources or more complex solutions such as neutral or master vendor agreements.
