Ruben joined the firm’s Property Litigation Department in London in January 2023.
Ruben has experience in a range of property litigation matters including:
- Possession claims;
- Boundary disputes;
- Rights of way;
- Trespass and nuisance;
- Landlord and tenant disputes;
- Tenancy agreements and licences;
- Agent fee recovery disputes;
- Agent terms of business and other contracts;
Ruben trained at a large regional firm in the East of England before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2021. Prior to that, he qualified with a 2:1 LLB in 2016.
Outside of work Ruben enjoys getting out in nature, especially in the mountains. He also enjoys reading with a particular interest in ancient history.
