Samantha began her Solicitor Apprenticeship in July 2025 and is currently seated in the Construction Department, where she is involved with both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Before starting her Apprenticeship, Samantha joined JMW in July 2023 as a Legal Assistant in the Real Estate Commercial Department and was later promoted to the role of Paralegal within the Department in 2024. During this time, Samantha gained a wide array of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, in particular dealing with new-build developments and the disposal of plots of land.
Samantha is originally from Australia. After moving to the UK in 2019 and prior to joining JMW, she worked as a paralegal in a high street law firm located in Lytham St Annes. Her accent often gets mistaken for being New Zealander, but she has learnt to deal with this hardship!
Outside of work Samantha enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She has a cocker spaniel called Beauden who demands most of her attention. She also enjoys keeping active and takes part in Crossfit most mornings before work.
