Sarah-Jane joined JMW in 2026 and is a Solicitor in the Liverpool Family Department.
Sarah assists with, and has experience in, a variety of matters relating to relationship breakdown. Her experience includes:
- Divorce;
- Matrimonial finances; (TOLATA);
- Cohabitation disputes ;
- Pre-nuptial agreements;
- Cohabitation Agreements.
Sarah graduated Manchester Metropolitan University with a First Class Degree in Law in 2020. She later completed the LPC and a Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice in 2021 whilst working full- time at a law firm.
Prior to qualification as a solicitor, Sarah gained extensive experience acting for clients leaving cohabitating relationships, and she has a wealth of experience in this particular area. Before joining JMW, Sarah worked in a specialist family firm in North Manchester, alongside experienced solicitors in this area. Sarah gained valuable experience in HNW financial cases, including complex cases involving businesses and international elements.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys going out for food, travelling, and spending time with her partner.
