Zoe joined in May 2023 as a Solicitor in the Private Client department.
Zoe has experience in a wide range of Private Client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills, Lifetime Trusts and declaration of trusts;
- Advising on care home fee planning
- Advising on Inheritance Tax mitigation
- Considering capacity issues and the preparation of Powers of Attorney;
- Estate Administration and post death variations;
Graduating from the University of Liverpool with a Law degree, Zoe went on to complete her Legal Practice Course and Masters in 2021, achieving a Distinction. Prior to working at JMW, Zoe worked in a local high street firm in their Private Client department for over 5 years, initially as a secretary, and progressed quickly to a Legal Adviser, completing her training contract and qualified in July 2021.
In her spare time, Zoe liked going on long walks with her dachshund Rhea, going to music events and is a big foodie. She also enjoys travelling, is learning Spanish and loves reading when she gets spare time.
