Zoe joined JMW in January 2022 and is an Associate in the Family Department.

Zoe has experience in a wide range of family matters including:-

• Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements (including cases where such agreements are contested)
• Divorce and associated financial matters
• Financial claims brought on behalf of children Under Schedule One of the Children Act
• Private Children Act Proceedings
• Applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders

Zoe acts for a wide range of clients, including individuals with modest assets to high-net-worth individuals including business owners and sports people. Zoe is commended for her supportive and compassionate approach and ability to provide honest and straightforward advice. Zoe is committed to keeping clients regularly up to date throughout all stages of the family law process and overall, achieving the right outcome for each individual client.

Zoe studied Law at The University of Leeds and qualified as a solicitor in 2019.
