What her clients say

“From the first phone conversation I had with Helen when I was released from custody on 6th September until the hearing yesterday Helen has been the ultimate professional, always making herself available to speak, responding to all my emails with speed, not only has Helen given me sound advice throughout but she has also displayed an empathy for my situation and put my mind at ease numerous times.

The outcome was that I received a 12month driving ban, I believe this was the absolute minimum I could have expected, but the fine handed down was wiped immediately by the court, I felt that if the Magistrate had been in a position to reduce or even drop the ban they would have, this was all down to Helen's performance in court, she put forward my case with the upmost professionalism, ensuring that the magistrates actually read the character references I had provided, this I'm sure made all the difference.

I would not hesitate to recommend your company, or Helen to anyone unfortunate enough to fall foul of the law in similar circumstances.”

“I contacted JMW solicitors 2 days before a court hearing where I was potentially faced with a fine of up to £1000 and 6 points on my licence.

They acted professionally and promptly. Helen Kelsall represented me on the day of the hearing which was held in Birmingham, approximately 100 miles away from their offices.

Helen managed to source some legislation (loop hole to the lay person) and saved me from the worst possible outcome. She confidently argued my case according to law and statute and succeeded in an excellent outcome that I was more than pleased with. No points on my licence and a nominal fine of £100.

I would highly recommend JMW solicitors, in particular for any motor offences.”
