Steve Mead – CEO of Manchester Jazz Festival

I was extremely fortunate to have Laura come to us highly recommended. From our initial conversation, she exuded a calm confidence and down-to-earth empathy that immediately offered reassurance that, not only was there a way through a challenging situation, but that I was not alone with that challenge. One of Laura’s many skills is to distil the essence of seemingly convoluted and complex perspectives into the bare minimum required to make impact. As well as this clarity of purpose, she also has great foresight to predict how others are likely to react to any given scenario. It is these qualities – essentially, the best people skills – that, for any occasion that requires such specialist negotiations and tact, make her the indisputable first choice.

Laura was our employment lawyer on highly sensitive case and was absolutely wonderful throughout. I cannot recommend her enough. Expert knowledge, great working as part of wider team and unbelievably calm and patient too. On top of this, just a genuinely lovely person!
