Do I need to go to court to settle my employment dispute?
In many cases, employment disputes can be dealt with without the need for court proceedings. To have the best chance of this, we will need to form the strongest argument for your case as possible, so when we approach the other party, they will be able to quickly understand that the odds are in your favour. Often, your employer may agree to mediation, during which we will hold sessions to come to an agreement on what the outcome should be.
