We are seeking a highly organised and experienced office and facilities manager to oversee daily operations of the London office’s client suite and overall office, working in conjunction with the firm’s national Business Support and Facilities processes.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone with law firm operational experience to take ownership of the office’s day-to-day processes.

The role is an internal and client stakeholder-facing one, where professionalism and presentation are essential and where the post-holder will have excellent stakeholder relationship management experience.

This is a full-time role (35 hours a week) which will be fully office-based in our City of London office.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To oversee facilities, client suite and central support personnel including day-to-day supervision and line management. 
  • Manage and oversee daily client suite operations ensuring a five start experience for clients attending the premises.
  • Manage and oversee daily facilities operations, to include managing suppliers, contractors, procurement, IT requirements, building maintenance, internal postal service, postal services, utilisation of office space.
  • Continually update and monitor the office’s Health and Safety compliances in line with HSE regulations, and the business’ safety policies and processes.
  • Oversee and ensure the office is adhering to the HSE regulations and the firm’s internal risk and compliance policies and processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong office and facilities management.
  • People Management.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Working with stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a law firm or other professional services firm.  However, consideration will be given to candidates who pose exceptional experience in office management and facilities with transferable skills.
