Amélie joined JMW in September 2022 and is a solicitor in the Family Team.
Amélie has experience in a range of Family Law matters, namely:
- Divorce and associated financial matters, in particular high-value/complex financial cases;
- Disputes and negotiation in respect of child arrangements;
- Enforcement of financial orders / orders for spousal maintenance;
- Cases involving international elements, including where translation and/or liaising with foreign lawyers is required.
