I am a Senior Associate in JMW’s corporate team. I have experience of acting for variety of clients including start ups, SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, national and international companies across variety of sectors, such as technology, accountancy, forensic testing, real estate, hospitality, and food and beverage. I specialise in advising on wide range of corporate matters, including:

• share or business and asset acquisitions and disposals;
• management buy outs;
• private equity and investment structures;
• re-structuring and group reorganisations;
• joint venture arrangements; and
• constitutional and corporate governance matters including drafting shareholders’ agreements and bespoke articles of association.

I studied Law at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth where I graduated in 2010 with a First Class Honours degree. I then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Manchester in 2013. I was a Trainee Solicitor at JMW where I qualified in 2017.

Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my family, exploring different countries, reading (Stephen King being my favourite author) and visiting my family and friends in Poland.
