JMW Advise ISAAC on their Latest Acquisition
The Corporate team at leading law firm JMW Solicitors have advised ISAAC Intelligence Limited on their latest acquisition.
London based ISAAC Intelligence Limited, who are a leading provider of fully managed Digital & Cloud Transformation Solutions to the SMB market, have acquired a controlling interest in Guidance Technologies Limited. Guidance are Microsoft Partners and are seen as one of the regions go to providers for many financial and professional services organisations.
The Guidance founders will continue to work in the ISAAC business in Key Senior Executive roles.
