Oliver Kabongo is a London-based M&A and corporate advisory specialist, with cross-border experience advising financial institutions, insurance companies and technology companies of all sizes on Corporate/M&A transactions across the UK, EMEA, APAC and other international jurisdictions.

Oliver brings extensive technical knowledge of corporate law which he has gained at leading global law firms which he has worked for in Australia, South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Oliver has been recognised in the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch publication since 2022 for his work in M&A and corporate law.
