Peter joined JMW’s Commercial Litigation team in January 2019.

Peter advises across a range of commercial and property disputes for both UK and overseas clients and has 14 years’ experience as a litigator.

Peter’s work includes contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and urgent applications for injunctive relief. His property litigation practice encompasses vacant possession strategies, breach of covenant claims, forfeiture and possession claims, property contract disputes, dilapidations, right of way and boundary disputes, break notices, nuisance and trespass claims, rent arrears and service charge disputes.

Peter takes a robust but pragmatic approach to litigation, working alongside his clients to resolve disputes quickly and cost effectively.

Peter is noted as a key lawyer in the Legal 500.

Peter graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2005 before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC at BPP Manchester. He trained and spent 7 years at Pannone LLP before joining Turner Parkinson LLP in 2014. Peter is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Peter is an avid Manchester City supporter and season ticket holder. Peter enjoys spending time with his young family and playing tennis and golf.
