Neil Armstrong and the wider construction team here at JMW were privileged to advise Amstone on the appointment of the main contractor for their £150M Stockport development.

Keady Construction, part of O’Halloran & O’Brien Group, has been selected as main contractor for the £150m No1 Knightsbridge in Stockport town centre, which has been in the works since 2021 and secured full approval last January.

Work on No1 Knightsbridge is expected to begin in Q1 2027 and take two and a half years to complete.

Neil said: “We are delighted to play a small part in a major development that adds to Stockport’s regeneration strategy and will contribute to the town’s continued growth.”
