Professional Headshot of Thomas Pearson

Thomas Pearson is a Partner, Head of Real Estate Commercial and a member of JMW’s Board. He specialises in healthcare developments and acts for operators and developers on care homes, assisted living schemes and medical centres across the UK. To date, Thomas has advised on new-build projects delivering more than 3,500 care beds.

Thomas works closely with clients to structure and deliver turnkey developments, often taking on a quasi in-house role. He is ranked as a Leading Individual by Chambers and recognised by Legal 500 for his proactive and commercially focused approach.

Mark Heppell is a Partner in JMW’s Corporate team and advises healthcare and care sector clients on acquisitions, disposals, investment structures and group reorganisations. Gemma Tracey is a Partner in JMW’s Employment team, specialising in UK inbound business immigration. Evan Wright is a Partner in JMW’s Business Crime and Regulation team and is dual qualified as a solicitor and barrister.
