Audrey qualified in September 2025 after completing her training contract with the firm and now works in JMW's Corporate Team, supporting on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholders’ agreements, LLP agreements, and due diligence processes.
Audrey is fluent in French. She graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in English Law with French Law, before going on to complete the LPC with MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law.
Before joining JMW's Corporate team as a Solicitor, Audrey also gained experience across Banking & Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency, and Intellectual Property as part of her training contract, and worked in JMW’s Corporate Immigration team as a paralegal. Prior to JMW, Audrey worked at Deloitte and the Competition and Markets Authority.
Whilst undertaking her studies, Audrey was involved in various pro-bono activities at her university's Law Clinic and at the RCJ Citizen Advice Bureau.
