Personal Injury Case Taken On

The first step in securing your compensation is to get in touch with us, have an initial discussion with our team about your case, and decide that you would like to use our services.

After making contact with us, your case will be passed to a personal injury lawyer, who will discuss the circumstances of your accident, your injuries and the potential claim you have.

You will then be sent some paperwork to get your case started, which includes a conditional fee agreement (CFA) - also known as a ‘no win, no fee’ agreement.

Once we receive the paperwork from you, we can begin to act on your behalf.

What is a Conditional Fee Agreement?

A ‘no win, no fee’ agreement is a common method of running a personal injury case. Although we will do our best to get you the compensation you deserve, following an injury that wasn’t your fault, a CFA agreement ensures that if your claim is not successful, you will not face any charges.

An insurance policy will cover your legal costs, but you need not worry if you don’t have specific insurance to cover the legal expenses. We are able to set up an After the Event (ATE) insurance policy on your behalf to help you cover the costs.

Many home and car insurance policies contain clauses that mean your legal fees are covered - we can help you work out how your legal expenses are covered.

Not Satisfied With Your Solicitor?

If you are not satisfied by how the law firm you have appointed is handling your case, we offer a “Check My Claim” service so you can get a second opinion on the service you are receiving from your current solicitor.

We can check your claim if:

  • Your case has been mishandled or progress has taken too long
  • You have been told your claim is not worth pursuing
  • You are not happy with the amount of compensation you have been told you will receive
  • Your solicitor has settled your case on a lower amount of compensation that you feel you deserve
