Jack joined JMW in November 2021 as a Paralegal in the Business Crime and Regulation department before going on to complete his Training Contract with JMW Solicitors, achieving early qualification as a Solicitor in March 2026.
Motoring Offences
Through his time with the team, Jack has developed specialism and expertise in motoring matters ranging from retention of driving licences (exceptional hardship) to more serious driving offences such as careless driving, failure to stop and dangerous driving.
Jack has experience in a wide range of motoring matters and treats each case with determination and grit as he is dedicated to obtaining the best results.
Jack works with clients across a national scale, ensuring a clear and effective approach to all matters.
Serious Crime Offences
Throughout Jack’s time in the team, he has developed knowledge and experience in the Criminal Law sector, starting to specialise in serious crime. Jack’s experience includes, but is not limited to:
- Conspiracy to Supply Class A/B/C Drugs
- Money Laundering
- Fraud Offences
- VAT and Excise Duty offences
Jack ensures clients know they are in competent and safe hands in cases of a complex and intricate nature. Jack has also worked to defend individuals and businesses, who alongside their substantive proceedings are the subject of ancillary financial proceedings such as:

- Restraint Orders
- Account Freezing Orders
Regulatory Defence
Jack has gained experience advising regulated professionals in proceedings arising from action brought against them by their respective regulators. With Jack’s experience in serious crime, he also advises those individuals where criminal proceedings are brought against them in light of regulatory issues. That experience includes:

- Health and Safety Executive (HSE)
- Environment Agency
